being unable to satisfy your request immediately, Vintage Secret will endeavour
to respond as soon as the issue has been thoroughly investigated. Can I Return My Purchases If I Am Unhappy With Them? Before returning any goods to us
for whatever reason, it is important and essential that you send an email to info@vintagesecret.com to inform us of
your intention. All goods must be returned to Vintage Secret undamaged and unused, within 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays) of the date stated on the receipt sent with the purchased item(s). The full cost of the item will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods in the condition in which they were originally sold by Vintage Secret. How Will I Know You Received My Order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your
order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us.
Once your credit card has been approved, the receiving address has been
verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the
item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items
you ordered are not in stock; if this occurs your credit card account will only
be charged with the cost of the items in stock.
What If I Live In A Country That Vintage Secret Does Not Ship To?
Vintage Secret ships worldwide
via Royal Mail services. UK customers will be sent purchases via Royal Mail Special Delivery. International
customers will be sent purchases via Royal Mail International Signed For™.
Almost no matter where you are,
we can ship products to you - it is just a case of DDP or DDU.
We ship from two different
locations, and you can order from either, but we recommend that you order from
the location that best serves your area as you may otherwise incur higher
prices, duties, sales taxes and shipping costs.
We are able to ship to the
following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import
Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within
the purchase price.
We are also able to ship to many
other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient
will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged
on the purchase.
We will seek confirmation from
you in all cases prior to dispatching a DDU shipment to make sure you are aware
of the DDU policy.
Countries not included in the

questions relating to shipping to your country. Does Vintage Secret Ship To Post Office Boxes?
Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the
PO Box during business hours, customers with PO Boxes will need to arrange for
an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address
where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Does Vintage Secret Ship To Multiple Addresses?
During the checkout process, you
will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you
can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may
include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this
you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship
to.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Additional transit time for international packages is approximately within four working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and six working days for the rest of the world. Your order will be shipped once:

How Can I Track My Order?
You can check the current status of your shipment by emailing info@vintagesecret.com with your order
number obtained from your confirmation email and we will track your shipment
for you. Vintage Secret will store a record of your transactions for a minimum
of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your
transaction is kept on the Vintage Secret website; your credit card details are
not held on the website.
Is My Personal Information Kept Private?Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we hare, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the Vintage Secret Privacy Policy. In order to register as a user at Vintage Secret we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expirations date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process our order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that Vintage Secret does not keep your credit card details on the Vintage Secret website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the Vintage Secret website. Vintage Secret has arranged that
all merchandise in transit from Vintage Secret to the delivery address be
insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once
the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed
for, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.
How Are Duties And Taxes Calculated?
Prices on the website are shown
inclusive of UK VAT unless an alternative currency has been selected by the

If you are shipping to a
destination outside the Eurozone, import duty may be levied by the country to
which you are shipping.
Will There Be Additional Duties Or Taxes Payable On My Purchase? The total invoice generated
during the purchase includes all taxes and duties for the merchandise to be
delivered to the address in the country specified by the customer, unless the
specific country is served on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDP) basis, as described
