1960’s Garillee Tie Dress

Soft and snug this is a lovely little dress for winter. Made of a jersey-like fabric, it features a full skirt and puff sleeves which are accentuated by ties to synch in the waist and cuffs. The same black floral fabric also adorns the neckline and hem of the dress. Very wearable yet very detailed. Think thick tights and ice-skating.
